Our shipping and returns information is here to help every Lovepug Learners order arrive safely and make you smile. Here you’ll find what to expect when your order is being prepared, shipped, and delivered—and what to do if something doesn’t arrive quite right.
Shipping and Returns: Processing & Shipping
Every Lovepug Learners order is prepared and packaged with care. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before your purchase is completed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive any available shipping or delivery information by email.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, when applicable, a photo of the item and packaging. We want you to be happy with your Lovepug Learners purchase and will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Because Lovepug Learners products are small-batch paper and sticker goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Exceptions are made for damaged, incorrect, or missing orders as described above.
